Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and chat messages with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and build sustainable relationships of trust.
Required Skills
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Experience with remote work environments and related tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
