Key Responsibilities

  • Execute personalized lead nurturing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, phone calls) to engage prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assessing their needs and readiness to purchase Econet products and services.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate and detailed information on lead interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, campaign strategies, and lead handoff processes.
  • Provide prospects with relevant information, resources, and demonstrations to educate them on Econet's offerings.
  • Identify and report on lead nurturing performance metrics, suggesting improvements for future campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and refining lead nurturing content and email templates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments within Econet.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Shona/Ndebele.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools (email marketing platforms, social media management tools).
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a lead generation, sales development, or customer service role, preferably in telecommunications or technology.
