Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support in addressing and resolving day-to-day logistical challenges and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized records, compiling regular reports related to logistics operations and performance metrics.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and remote work guidelines, including data confidentiality and security protocols.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (bilingualism is highly valued in the Quebec context).
  • Proficiency in fundamental computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
