Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify potential risks or deviations from plans.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and procurement processes related to projects.
- Organise and schedule virtual meetings, prepare agendas, and accurately document meeting minutes and action items.
- Support Project Managers in developing and implementing project plans, strategies, and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of operational best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data privacy standards in all project activities.
- Manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in project coordination, operations, or administrative support roles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
