Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles, cultural backgrounds, and audience needs.
  • Assess participant comprehension and application of learned skills through various evaluation methods, including quizzes, role-plays, and practical exercises.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to learners to support their continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy, relevance, and up-to-dateness of all training materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in virtual facilitation, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.

Required Skills
