Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily yard activities, including vehicle arrivals, departures, and parking.
- Optimize yard space utilization to ensure efficient flow of goods and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all inbound and outbound shipments, utilizing our logistics management system.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, warehouse staff, and internal departments regarding schedules and operational updates.
- Conduct regular yard inspections to ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implement quick solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on yard performance metrics and inventory status.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or yard operations.
