Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Youth Care Workers, providing guidance and daily oversight.
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and personal development of young people in our care.
- Implement and monitor individual care plans, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each resident.
- Organise and facilitate engaging recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities.
- Act as a positive role model, promoting healthy relationships and positive behavior.
- Document incidents, observations, and progress reports accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic living environment.
- Assist in de-escalating conflicts and managing challenging behaviors with empathy and professional techniques.
