Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the development and implementation of individual support plans tailored to each young person's unique circumstances and aspirations.

- Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports on youth progress, participation, and program outcomes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues or safeguarding concerns to senior staff promptly, ensuring the safety and well-being of all young people.
- Actively participate in regular supervision, team meetings, and continuous professional development training opportunities.
