Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a small team of youth support workers, providing guidance and support in their daily duties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans for young people, ensuring their needs are met.
- Organise and facilitate engaging activities, workshops, and educational programs designed to promote youth development and well-being.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all young people under our care, adhering strictly to all safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Act as a positive role model, fostering trust and building constructive relationships with young people.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to youth progress, incidents, and team activities, ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders to provide holistic support for young people.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities.
- Respond effectively to challenging behaviours or crisis situations, applying de-escalation techniques and reporting as required.
- Oversee daily routines and schedules within the support environment, ensuring smooth operation.

- Current First Aid certification.
- Full UK Driving Licence, with access to a vehicle.
