Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identify pain points, and propose IT-driven solutions.
- Gather, document, and prioritize detailed business requirements (user stories, use cases, functional specifications) from stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT development teams, ensuring clear understanding and communication.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Support the design, testing, and implementation phases of software development projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, data models, and system diagrams.
- Perform impact analysis on proposed changes and assess potential risks.
- Contribute to quality assurance activities, including test plan review and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project progress, identify dependencies, and manage change requests effectively.
- Research industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN).
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
