Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic ESL Instructor to deliver high-quality language instruction to our diverse adult learners in Centretown, Ottawa. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered ESL lessons to adult learners of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum objectives and communicative language teaching principles.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and active participation, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods, materials, and activities to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes active learning and cultural understanding.
- Incorporate relevant technology and multimedia resources effectively into lessons to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Required Skills
- Native or near-native fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language to adult learners.
