Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians in the thorough cleaning of various types of sofas, chairs, and other upholstered furniture.
- Prepare furniture for cleaning, including vacuuming, moving, and protecting surrounding areas.
- Apply appropriate cleaning solutions and utilize professional equipment (e.g., extractors, steamers) as instructed.
- Perform spot treatment and stain removal on a variety of fabrics.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and product usage guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in a professional manner.
- Assist with client communication, including explaining the cleaning process and aftercare instructions.
- Lift and move furniture as required to facilitate cleaning tasks.
