Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall IT strategy, aligning it with Career.zycto’s business objectives and growth plans.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT department, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional development.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Manage the IT budget, optimizing costs and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of all data and IT systems through robust cybersecurity measures and disaster recovery planning.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and solutions to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and innovation.
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Provide technical guidance and support to senior leadership on technology-related matters.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and manage change effectively across the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a directorial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, network architecture, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and enterprise systems.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Excellent project management skills and experience with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Demonstrable budget management and vendor negotiation capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
