Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and future workforce needs.
- Design, implement, and manage a diverse portfolio of innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and compliance modules.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate learning methodologies and technologies, such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and blended learning solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with department heads, senior leadership, and HR partners to identify skill gaps and provide targeted, effective development solutions.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness, impact, and return on investment (ROI) of L&D initiatives on individual and organizational performance.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor, coach, and lead a small team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and development within the department.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and personal accountability for development across the entire organization.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging learning technologies, adult learning principles, and regulatory changes to ensure program relevance and innovation.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Learning & Development, preferably within a corporate or large organizational setting.
- Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and contemporary learning methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously from conception to completion.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and other digital learning technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven strategic thinking and complex problem-solving abilities, capable of translating business needs into actionable L&D strategies.
- Data-driven approach to L&D, with experience in ROI measurement, analytics, and reporting on learning impact.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in L&D, talent management, coaching (e.g., CPTD, ACC, SPHR/SHRM-SCP).
- Experience working in a multinational or diverse organizational environment with varied cultural contexts.
- Familiarity with talent assessment tools, competency frameworks, and succession planning methodologies.
