We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail operations from our Hillsborough, Sheffield base. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer loyalty.
- Manage the entire e-commerce platform, including product listings, content updates, promotional campaigns, and technical performance.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing for the e-commerce channel, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate programs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of website performance, sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Manage online inventory, working closely with procurement and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient fulfillment.
- Optimize website user experience (UX) and conversion rates (CRO) through A/B testing, user feedback, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, customer service, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand message and seamless customer experience.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, including platform providers, digital agencies, and payment gateways.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role in online retail.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
