Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all employee levels.
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of learning technologies and platforms (LMS).
  • Establish and manage a robust leadership development and executive coaching framework.
  • Oversee talent management initiatives, including performance management and career pathing.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using key metrics and analytics, reporting on ROI.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
  • Stay current with L&D best practices, trends, and technologies.

Required Skills

  • Proven expertise in strategic L&D program design and implementation.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM-CP/SCP, HRCI).
