Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with Career.zycto's business goals and future talent needs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate innovative learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance within the L&D function.
- Partner with senior management and department heads to conduct thorough training needs analyses and identify skill gaps across the organization.
- Introduce and leverage cutting-edge learning technologies and platforms to enhance the accessibility, effectiveness, and engagement of learning initiatives.
- Establish robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the ROI and impact of L&D programs on employee performance, retention, and organizational success.
- Manage the L&D budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and demonstrating fiscal responsibility.
- Cultivate a learning culture that promotes continuous self-improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional growth at all levels.
Required Skills
- Proven expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational development capabilities.
