Job Description
Couples Swept Away is seeking an experienced and meticulous Cleaning Supervisor to lead our dedicated housekeeping team in Negril. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the pristine condition of our resort’s public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house facilities, ensuring an environment that consistently exceeds guest expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning and housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure adherence to Couples Swept Away's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and routines.
- Train new and existing staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and proper use of equipment and chemicals.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, initiating requisitions as needed.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in deep cleaning projects and special assignments as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or cleaning services, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and motivational skills.
