Job Description

This role demands a strategic leader who can envision, develop, and execute comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with Career.zycto’s organizational objectives. The Director of Learning & Development will be instrumental in cultivating a high-performance culture by ensuring our employees possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a rapidly evolving landscape. You will identify critical skill gaps, design innovative training modules, and leverage cutting-edge pedagogical approaches to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention across all departments. Your leadership will directly influence the professional growth and career trajectories of our dedicated team members.

Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, the Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into actionable L&D initiatives. This includes developing robust frameworks for leadership development, succession planning, technical upskilling, and essential soft skills training programs. A significant aspect of this role involves rigorously evaluating the effectiveness of all L&D interventions, utilizing robust metrics and analytics to demonstrate a clear return on investment and continuously refine program offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver innovative learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills, and soft skills training.
  • Assess current and future skill gaps, conducting needs analyses to identify learning priorities.
  • Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships effectively.
