Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare soil for planting, including tilling, fertilizing, and creating beds.
- Plant seeds, seedlings, and saplings by hand or using basic tools.
- Perform weeding, thinning, and pruning tasks to ensure optimal crop health.
- Assist with irrigation systems, including setting up, monitoring, and moving hoses/pipes.
- Harvest crops by hand, ensuring produce is picked carefully and efficiently.
- Sort, clean, and pack harvested produce according to quality standards.
- Operate and maintain basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
- Assist with general farm maintenance, including fence repair, clearing debris, and upkeep of farm structures.
- Follow all safety protocols and agricultural best practices at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily production targets.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions (sun, rain, heat).
