Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, journalists, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
- Draft, edit, and distribute engaging press releases, media kits, corporate communications, articles, and other PR materials.
- Monitor media coverage, analyze PR campaign performance, and generate reports on key metrics and outcomes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews with company spokespersons.
- Manage and enhance the company's reputation, including crisis communication planning and response.
- Collaborate with marketing, internal communications, and leadership teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Identify opportunities for thought leadership, speaking engagements, and award submissions to elevate brand visibility.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, media developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic PR initiatives.
- Organize and manage PR events, press conferences, and media briefings as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful PR campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German (native or fluent level).
- Strong media relations skills with a demonstrable network of contacts.
- Proficiency in drafting compelling press releases, stories, and corporate messaging.
- Solid understanding of PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and analytics.
- Crisis communication management experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
