Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items, adhering to portion control and presentation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and assembling ingredients under supervision.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as blenders, toasters, and warmers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and clearing tables.
- Stock and replenish food items, condiments, and supplies as needed.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, responding to patron inquiries and requests.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and reporting of food supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Food Service Supervisor or Manager.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and portion control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance.
