Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis, identifying key drivers and providing actionable recommendations to management.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and industry benchmarks.
- Support strategic initiatives by conducting financial due diligence and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage their budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as required by business needs.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
