Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic L&D framework that supports organisational goals.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning programs, workshops, and digital content.
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify skill gaps and future development requirements.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships effectively.
- Drive the adoption and optimisation of modern learning technologies and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed a continuous learning culture across all departments.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a Learning & Development role with proven program delivery.
- Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and group facilitation abilities.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and various e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong project management and exceptional organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage a flexible work schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
- CIPD qualification in Learning & Development or an equivalent professional certification.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
