Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in comprehensive training sessions to learn about company products, services, and customer service protocols.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, aiming to provide first-call resolution to customer queries and issues under supervision.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service quality and personal performance.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
