Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate assistance with product inquiries, service issues, and general information.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and queries, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional, friendly, and solution-oriented communication.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve customer service processes and knowledge base.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy (minimum 45 WPM).
