Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts and tools for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and automated software delivery across various environments.
- Evaluate, integrate, and optimize automation platforms and tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
- Monitor automated systems for performance, reliability, and security, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to define automation requirements and integrate solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes, tools, and configurations.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT automation and DevOps.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong experience with infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Demonstrated expertise with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with CI/CD methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their automation services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
