Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient daily workflow.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, order processing, and vendor relationships for services such as cleaning, catering, and IT support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries and maintenance requests.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and presentation preparation.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue setup.
  • Onboard new employees by preparing workspaces, coordinating IT setup, and facilitating initial introductions.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and email inquiries.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
