Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify banking transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Assist with daily reconciliation of accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support regarding account information, transactions, and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and transaction logs in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and generate various operational reports as required by management.
- Ensure strict adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and external banking regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Support the implementation of new banking products or operational procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth departmental operations.
