Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees, providing a professional and welcoming first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and common office spaces.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings, ensuring resources are available and prepared.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure all necessary items are stocked.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, distributing items as required.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all interactions with discretion.
- Troubleshoot minor office equipment issues (e.g., printer, copier) or coordinate with IT/maintenance for resolution.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, administrative assistant, or office executive role.
