Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional Music Project Coordinator to join our vibrant Label Team in Falaj Al Mualla, Umm Al Quwain. As a Music Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of various music projects, from artist releases to promotional campaigns and live event support. You will act as a central hub, liaising between artists, producers, marketing teams, legal departments, and external partners, meticulously tracking project progress, managing timelines, and overseeing budgets to ensure all objectives are met on schedule and within scope. This role requires a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the music production and release lifecycle. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all phases of music projects, including recording, mixing, mastering, artwork creation, and distribution, ensuring timely execution.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and reporting on key milestones to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for artists, producers, and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the collection and organization of all project assets, including audio files, metadata, artwork, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with marketing and PR teams to align release strategies and ensure effective promotional campaigns.
- Track project expenses, process invoices, and manage budget allocations to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, legal requirements, and label policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of the music production and release lifecycle.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
