Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling and tracking.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, such as waybills, manifests, and customs declarations.

  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues and discrepancies.
  • Support warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and provide real-time updates on shipment status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the optimization of logistics processes and cost-saving initiatives within the department.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on logistics performance, inventory levels, and delivery metrics.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required to support the overall efficiency of the logistics department.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Familiarity with logistics software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • OND/HND/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
