Key Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing systems for water, gas, and drainage.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, burst pipes, and water heater malfunctions.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on plumbing infrastructure to ensure longevity and efficiency.
  • Interpret blueprints and schematics to plan and execute plumbing installations and repairs.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Provide clear explanations of services performed and preventative measures to clients.
  • Manage inventory of plumbing supplies and equipment, reporting needs to supervisors.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for emergency plumbing services as required.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and construction teams to ensure integrated project completion.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Plumber Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
