Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced painters with various tasks on job sites.
- Learn and perform basic surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, patching, and masking.
- Safely set up and take down ladders, scaffolding, and protective coverings.
- Help mix and prepare paints, ensuring correct color and consistency.
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and other tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols on job sites.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn new techniques and improve skills.
- Transport materials and supplies as needed.
