Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data, preparing models, and providing insightful analysis.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).
