Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering data, preparing models, and providing insightful analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in a finance or accounting role.
