Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with company goals and marketing objectives.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, image, video) for all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Oversee community management, fostering positive engagement and interaction with our audience.
  • Analyze social media performance data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and content.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers and industry thought leaders to expand brand reach.
  • Develop and manage content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their respective best practices.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to produce engaging content.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
