Career.zycto is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Learning Platform Coordinator to join our fully remote team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our learning management system (LMS), including user administration, course setup, and content uploads.
- Provide first-line technical support to learners and instructors, troubleshooting platform-related issues and escalating complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure courses are accurately published and maintained within the platform.
- Monitor platform performance and user engagement, generating reports and insights to inform continuous improvement strategies.
- Stay updated on LMS best practices and emerging educational technologies, recommending enhancements and new features to optimize the learning experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and user guides for the learning platform.
- Assist in the implementation and integration of new learning tools and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and data privacy regulations within the learning platform.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a learning platform administration or coordinator role.
- Proficiency with at least one major Learning Management System (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Docebo, Cornerstone, Brightspace).
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting software issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for remote collaboration and user support.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Demonstrated experience in content management and digital asset organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education Technology, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and other e-learning standards.
- Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for minor content adjustments.
