Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies and amenities such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures, including those related to chemical usage.
- Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and service carts as assigned.
- Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance, kitchen).
- Report all lost and found items in accordance with company policy.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
