Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms daily, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Replenish guest room supplies and amenities such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
  • Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures, including those related to chemical usage.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas and service carts as assigned.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with other departments (e.g., front desk, maintenance, kitchen).
  • Report all lost and found items in accordance with company policy.
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.

Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, or pull heavy items (up to 25 kg).
  • Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
  • High level of reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Customer service orientation with a polite and helpful demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (at least 6 months) in a hotel or hospitality environment.
