Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, reception, restrooms, locker rooms, and common spaces.
- Manage and organize spa laundry services, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh towels, linens, robes, and other soft goods.
- Restock all spa amenities, toiletries, and supplies in treatment rooms, changing areas, and restrooms as needed.
- Assist spa therapists and other staff with room preparation before treatments and ensure thorough tidiness and sanitization after each session.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or low inventory levels to spa management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
