Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and potentially social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding products, services, order statuses, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Assist customers with the entire order lifecycle, including placement, tracking, modifications, cancellations, and processing returns/exchanges.
