Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of detailed budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Conduct thorough variance analysis against budget, prior periods, and actuals, identifying key drivers and underlying causes.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business growth scenarios.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.

Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or a similar finance role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, and robust financial modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
