Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation to and from their rooms.
- Provide attentive assistance to guests with special needs, offering wheelchair support or other mobility aid as required.
- Manage the handling and storage of luggage securely and efficiently, including tagging and retrieving items.
- Assist guests with directions, information about hotel facilities, and local attractions.
- Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Deliver newspapers, mail, and other requested items to guest rooms promptly.
- Coordinate with front desk and concierge teams to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles as required, adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining detailed records.
- Operate hotel vehicles (e.g., golf carts, shuttle buses) if licensed and required, for guest transport within the property.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism, escalating to management when necessary.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to hotel grooming and conduct standards.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
- A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with a strong guest-service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- High level of reliability and punctuality.
- Basic understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
- Valid driver's license (preferably UAE or international, for parking duties).
