Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to foster a lively and supportive online environment.
  • Moderate online discussions, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and promoting positive interactions.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, polls, events) relevant to professional development and career growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, feedback, and support, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and sentiment to inform strategic decisions.
  • Organize and facilitate online events, webinars, and workshops to enhance member value and participation.
  • Identify and nurture community advocates and influencers to amplify our message and reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to align community activities with broader company goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in online community management.
  • Onboard new members and ensure they have a seamless and welcoming experience within the community.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in online community management, social media management, or a similar engagement-focused role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to adapt tone and style.
  • Demonstrable experience with online community platforms and tools (e.g., Slack, Discord, dedicated forum software, social media suites).
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills, with a talent for de-escalating conflicts and fostering positive dialogue.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a flexible, remote work environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
