Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and maintain employee data in HRIS and payroll systems, including new hires, terminations, and changes.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
  • Verify timesheet data, leave requests, and other payroll-related information.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and payroll information.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with data audits and reconciliation processes.
  • Generate routine payroll and HR reports as required.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and basic HR data in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with filing, archiving, and organizing HR and payroll documents.
