Key Responsibilities
- Actively host, supervise, and participate in a diverse range of onboard recreational, social, and entertainment activities for guests of all ages.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest inquiries, providing information, and resolving minor issues or escalating complex matters to appropriate departments.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of embarkation and debarkation procedures, ensuring a smooth transition for guests.
- Promote various onboard services, events, and shore excursions, encouraging guest participation and enhancing their overall cruise experience.
- Engage proactively with guests across different ship venues, fostering a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
- Support the entertainment team during shows, events, and themed parties, potentially performing or assisting backstage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures, participating in safety drills as required.
- Collaborate effectively with a multinational crew to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times, serving as a role model for guest interactions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in hospitality, customer service, entertainment, or a related field (e.g., hotels, resorts, theme parks).
- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, German, Italian).
- Experience in public speaking, acting, dancing, or other performance arts.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
