Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs and initiatives that support organizational goals and employee development.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement across various departments.
  • Select and manage external training vendors and resources as needed, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Utilize a blended learning approach, incorporating e-learning modules, workshops, coaching, and other innovative methodologies.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting on impact and recommending adjustments.
  • Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership to integrate L&D strategies with talent management and succession planning efforts.
  • Stay current with L&D industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our learning offerings.
  • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a Learning & Development leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and training methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective learning programs.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and report on L&D program effectiveness.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., HR, OD, Adult Education).
  • Certifications in instructional design, coaching, or psychometric tools.
  • Experience with change management principles and their application in learning initiatives.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
