Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior mechanics with routine vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs on buses and cargo trucks.
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and other basic service tasks under supervision.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop area to ensure a safe and organized working environment.
- Help with disassembling and reassembling vehicle components as required.
- Learn to identify common mechanical issues and assist in basic diagnostics.
- Handle parts requests, organize inventory, and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Continuously learn and develop new technical skills through on-the-job training and mentorship.
