Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, friendly, and efficient support during night shift hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and empathy, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets related to call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili.

Preferred Qualifications
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade of C plain or higher.
