Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences with efficiency and foresight.
- Arrange and coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents for executive review and distribution.
- Act as a primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, and directing inquiries appropriately with professionalism.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, conducting research and compiling data when necessary.
- Process expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain an organised filing system, both digital and physical, for quick retrieval of essential documents.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar senior administrative role.
