Key Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand event vision and budget.
- Develop creative themes and design proposals.
- Source and negotiate with vendors (caterers, florists, entertainment, etc.).
- Manage all event logistics, including venue, setup, and breakdown.
- Create detailed timelines and budgets.
- Oversee on-site execution, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years (24 months) proven experience in event or party planning.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with event management software.
Preferred Qualifications
